By browsing Cavato, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy and Cancellation policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Cavato.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using Cavato after a change, you accept the new terms.

You can browse and search without an account. To place an order or see your orders, you sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send to it.

• You must be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Give us correct details, and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your phone and codes to yourself.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

When you add your car, we show whether each product fits it. This is based on the car details you give us and the compatibility details provided for each product.

Please check that your make, model and variant are right. A fit check is there to help you choose. If a product still does not fit your car, you can ask for a return under our Cancellation policy.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Any installation charge and warranty are shown on the product page, and the total shown at checkout is what you pay for your order.

Placing an order is a request to buy. An order is confirmed once the delivery date and time are confirmed. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any payment you made for it.

An order can contain items that are delivered separately. Each item can be confirmed, changed or cancelled on its own.

You choose a delivery date and time when you order. If it does not work, we may suggest another time, and you can suggest a different one too. This can go back and forth until you agree.

If nobody replies to a proposed time for 7 days, the item is cancelled automatically and any payment is refunded.

• Please make sure someone is available at the address at the agreed time.
• Where fitting is offered, it is done at your location, and any charge is shown before you order.
• You can follow every step of an order from your account.

You pay when you check out. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store your card details.

If a payment fails, your order is not placed for payment and you can try again. Refunds go back to the way you paid, as described in our Cancellation policy.

The rules for cancelling an order, returning an item and getting a refund are set out in our Cancellation policy. They are part of these terms.

You can review a product after it has been delivered to you. We mark a review as a Verified purchase when we can confirm the order behind it. One order can be reviewed once.

• Write honestly, and only about your own experience.
• Do not post anything offensive, false, misleading or unlawful, or anything that belongs to someone else.
• We may remove a review, photo or message that breaks these rules.
• You keep ownership of what you post, and you let us show it on Cavato and in our products.

Please do not misuse Cavato. In particular, do not:

• give false details or pretend to be someone else,
• place orders you do not intend to accept,
• copy or collect content from Cavato in bulk by automated means,
• try to break, overload or get around the security of Cavato.

We work to keep Cavato accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Product details, photos and prices may occasionally contain mistakes, and we will correct them when we find them.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited. Beyond that, our responsibility to you for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.

The Cavato name, logo, design and content belong to us or those who license them to us. You may use Cavato for your own personal shopping. You may not copy, sell or reuse it without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud or misuse. You can stop using Cavato at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by writing to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first will be decided by the courts of India that have jurisdiction.
